As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 450 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

What you’ll do:
  • Own, manage, and automate the identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access changes, ensuring secure, timely, and auditable access controls.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a role-based access control (RBAC) model for application and data access.
  • Create a comprehensive access matrix aligned to job functions and least-privilege principles.
  • Identify applications and systems that are outside of centralized identity controls, assess risk, and drive remediation or integration into standard IAM controls.
  • Ensure identity and access practices align with internal security frameworks and applicable regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness and ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate access risks and implement sustainable governance solutions.
  • Support the integration of new applications into centralized identity workflows, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Maintain clear, accurate IAM documentation, standards, and procedures to support operational consistency and audit needs.
  • Monitor identity-related events, access patterns, and review outcomes to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
What you have:
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, security engineering, or a closely related role with ownership of IAM processes.
  • Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, and least-privilege design.
  • Proven experience supporting security frameworks, audits, or compliance programs, including access reviews and control validation.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern authentication and authorization standards (e.g., federated identity, SSO).
  • Experience designing scalable access models that balance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to assess access-related risk and translate security requirements into actionable technical controls.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience leading or maturing an IAM or access governance program in a regulated or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience automating identity, access, or compliance workflows through scripting or APIs.
  • Strong background partnering with Security, Risk, or Compliance teams on audit and regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience supporting mixed operating system environments.
  • Security or IAM certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar), or active pursuit of certification.
Where you’ll live:
  • This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA. #LI-Hybrid

Benefits you’ll receive:

In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:

  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
