Responsibilities
- Own day - to - day health of assigned lithography processes and tools, ensuring stable HVM performance.
- Independently lead excursion investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive tool matching, process window control, and sampling strategies to improve manufacturing repeatability.
- Partner with shift operations and area leaders to set priorities, communicate constraints, and support factory turns.
- Use data - driven methods to deliver measurable improvements in yield, output, cycle time, or cost.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. with 5+ years or M.S. with 3+ years of semiconductor lithography experience, or Ph.D. in in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience owning lithography processes or tool sets in a high - volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with SPC systems, statistical analysis, and structured problem - solving methods.
- Ability to lead investigations, make decisions with incomplete data, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and communicate results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tool matching and fleet health management in HVM.
- Familiarity with DRAM manufacturing flows and downstream process interactions.
- Experience supporting photo tool qualifications or sustainment activities.
- Demonstrated project leadership with measurable manufacturing results.
