We are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Privilege Access Management (PAM) Analyst to support a series of account governance and clean-up initiatives across the organization's on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires a candidate who is a strong self-starter, able to work independently, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive progress on complex remediation efforts. Deep hands-on IAM experience is not required; success in this role depends more on organizational skill, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Local Account Review & Inactive Account Clean-Up

  • Review results of account scans across Linux, Windows, AWS, and Azure environments (priority on local Windows and Linux accounts).
  • Partner with relevant teams to establish account ownership and determine last logon dates.
  • Coordinate the clean-up of inactive or unnecessary accounts.

Oracle Account Review & Clean-Up

  • Review results of Oracle account scans; work with teams to establish ownership and last logon dates, and coordinate clean-up of inactive or unnecessary accounts.
  • Review non-human accounts, including default database schema user IDs, to identify accounts that can be cleaned, locked, or proxied, as well as accounts with technical limitations (e.g., Oracle SYS/SYSTEM).
  • Coordinate remediation activities and define mitigating controls, such as account-use alerting.
  • Coordinate implementation of additional controls and assist application owners with opening risk exceptions as needed.

CMDB & Application Review

  • Review newly published CMDB data, run deltas, and identify applications not currently reflected in the IAM inventory.
  • Communicate with application owners to determine the presence of human and/or non-human accounts and any local accounts.
  • Review IAM controls in place (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC matrix documentation, ServiceNow catalog) and identify gaps.
  • Assist application owners with remediation and with opening risk exceptions where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain; extensive hands-on IAM experience is not required.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive progress across multiple teams.
  • Willingness to engage stakeholders proactively, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership of identifying next steps.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to process data, track progress, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Previous experience as an IAM Business Analyst may be sufficient; candidates with broader IAM or technology backgrounds will also be considered, provided they have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and strong interpersonal and professional skills for a cross-functional environment.

Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer. If you need any accommodations or adjustments throughout the interview process and beyond, please let us know. We celebrate our inclusive work environment and welcome members of all backgrounds and perspectives to apply.

We thank you for your interest in joining the Arctiq team! While we welcome all applicants, only those who are selected for an interview will be contacted.
