Human Resources interns partner closely with internal partners across various functions. Individuals in this role have opportunities to build relationships with stakeholders within Citadel's business and work on projects within HR.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $2,200 to $2,300 per week.

Your Skills & Talents:
- Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn
- Effective written and verbal communication skills - ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
