Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. We are seeking individuals with a can-do attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.


As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and the broader HR team, playing a strategic and hands-on role in key HR functions. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives while also managing core HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, onboarding, workforce planning, HR systems administration, and special HR initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution to enhance employee experience and drive organizational success.


We are looking for a professional with 3+ years of HR experience, including HR Generalist expertise.  If you’re passionate about making a difference through HR strategy, employee engagement, and business partnership, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities


•Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals.

•Manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to employees and career managers.

•Lead seamless new hire onboarding and offboarding processes to create a positive employee experience.

•Partner with leadership on career development planning and promotion initiatives.

•Maintain and implement HR policies and programs, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.

•Administer and optimize HR platforms. 

•Champion employee engagement initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.

•Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights for decision-making.

•Ensure HR-related information remains confidential, adhering to policies and industry best practices.

•Ad Hoc HR Support: Lead and contribute to special HR projects and other initiatives as assigned to enhance employee experience.


Qualifications


•3+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist responsibilities.

•Proven ability to partner with leadership teams and drive HR strategies.

•Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.

•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.

•Experience managing HR systems and technology platforms.

•Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

•Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Required Education


•Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Post-graduate degree or certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM). 

•Professional Designation in CHRP or CHRL
