What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution.
- Conduct and support workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
- Advise leaders on coaching, progressive discipline, performance improvement plans and terminations.
- Assist employees with benefits, RRSP programs, policies and HR-related inquiries.
- Partner with Payroll and Operations on disability management, accommodations and return-to-work programs.
- Analyze HR trends and support initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Enjoy building strong relationships and solving people-related challenges.
- Bring experience supporting managers and employees in a Human Resources environment.
- Are confident balancing employee advocacy with business needs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
- CHRP or CHRL designation completed or in progress is considered an asset.
