About the Job:

We are seeking an HCI Associate Intern to contribute to innovative projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work on cutting-edge Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) initiatives, focusing on designing and enhancing user interfaces and user experiences. As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in research, design, and implementation efforts to create intuitive and user-centered AI-driven solutions. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze the results to iterate on design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and HCI.

About You:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute to a team environment ultimately driving success within UI/UX efforts.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
