Our client, a growing consultancy, is looking for a HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of all things HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone highly proficient in HubSpot CRM, automation, reporting, and campaign execution who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will be the go-to person for building workflows, managing integrations, and optimizing HubSpot functionalities to drive efficiency and success.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management – Oversee and maintain all aspects of HubSpot, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

  • Hands-On Project Coordination – Execute projects such as building reports, creating landing pages from templates, and optimizing existing HubSpot components.

  • Workflow Automation – Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and improve user experience.

  • Email Marketing & Sequences – Design and implement email sequences, campaign automations, and drip marketing to improve engagement and conversions.

  • CRM Data Management – Ensure data cleanliness, segmentation, and accuracy within HubSpot.

  • Collaboration with Developers & Stakeholders – Work closely with the development team and key business stakeholders to improve integration between HubSpot and other platforms.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Identify, diagnose, and resolve HubSpot-related issues while implementing best practices.

  • Integration & Connectivity – Work with Google Workspace and Office 365 to ensure seamless connectivity across tools.

  • Fully optimized HubSpot environment with streamlined workflows and automation.

  • Accurate and insightful reporting to inform strategic decisions.

  • Seamless execution of campaigns using email sequences, landing pages, and CRM segmentation.

  • Cross-team collaboration that enhances efficiency between marketing, sales, and development teams.

  • Proactive identification and resolution of HubSpot-related challenges.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automation.

HubSpot Proficiency

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including workflows, reporting, email marketing, and CRM optimization.

CRM & Data Management

  • Strong understanding of data segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.

Technical Aptitude

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365; experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools is highly desirable.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Detail-Oriented & Organized

  • Strong project coordination and task management skills.
