Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of global worker data, stored within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This includes managing day-to-day support and maintenance of the worker lifecycle in HRIS, covering areas such as absence plans, analysis, audit and compliance, business processes, data management, reporting, security, training, translations and continuous process improvement. Collaborates with Total Rewards for benefit and compensation configurations, Talent for performance, Talent Acquisition for recruitment & onboarding processes, and IT on security protocols. Supports optimization of HR system transactions and processes by gathering business requirements, designing solutions, conducting testing and implementing enhancements across HCM modules. Stays current and leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes, reporting, and automation, driving innovation and efficiency across HRIS operations. Serves as a subject matter expert on HR systems, advising the HR teams, managers and workers on best practices and proper system usage. Acts as liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to ensure alignment and efficiency in HR technology operations.
