The Role

As an HR Reward Adviser, you’ll play a critical role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and performance while aligning with our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with key partners, lead exciting projects, and make a real impact on how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Benchmark Industry Standards: Conduct salary surveys, compensation analysis, and benefits benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop Policies: Create and update policies on compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance to managers and HR on reward matters, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
  • Maintain Compliance: Stay ahead of emerging legislation to shape policies that meet legal and internal standards.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop clear, engaging materials to help employees and managers understand and value our reward programs.
  • Leverage Data: Use data and advanced analytics to evaluate reward effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Automation skills (e.g., macros) are a plus!
  • Drive Reward Projects: Lead and support reward-related projects, collaborating with HR, corporate teams, and business units to deliver success.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who brings more than just technical expertise – we’re looking for a proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies our core behaviours:

  • Passion: You’re enthusiastic about continuous improvement and always looking for better ways to reward and engage our people.
  • Curiosity: You ask the right questions and challenge the status quo to drive innovation and meaningful change.
  • Integrity: You deliver with professionalism, ensuring fairness and respect in all reward-related activities.
  • Brilliance: Your critical thinking and attention to detail enable you to join the dots and create impactful solutions.
  • Respect: You communicate and collaborate with clarity and maturity, building strong relationships across the business.

Why Join Us?

This is your opportunity to be part of a company that values its people and is committed to creating an environment where they can thrive. You’ll work on exciting projects, have the autonomy to shape key reward initiatives, and enjoy a collaborative culture that supports growth and innovation.
