Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Strategic HR Partnering

Be a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping HR strategies that fuel business growth, performance and people development.

  • Talent Magnet & People Experience

Own the end-to-end employee journey: from attracting great talent to delivering a smooth, engaging onboarding experience — always with a people-first mindset.

  • Culture Builder & Engagement Champion

Create a positive, inclusive and energizing workplace, acting as the go-to person for employee relations and day-to-day HR support.

  • HR with Impact (Compliance & Policies)

Ensure HR practices are compliant, pragmatic and business-driven, while keeping policies clear, modern and aligned with Canadian regulations.

  • Total Rewards & Well-being

Oversee payroll, benefits and rewards with a focus on fairness, competitiveness and employee well-being.

  • Data-Driven HR

Turn HR data into insights and action, using metrics and reporting to continuously improve HR initiatives and support smart decision-making.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Bilingual French /English
