We are seeking for a dynamic HR generalist to join Trust Wallet who will handle a wide range of HR tasks, supporting various functions such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding, HR vendor management, HR data analytics, HR administration support, and other HR initiatives as required. This role ensures the smooth operation of the HR function and contributes to fostering a positive work environment for the most important asset of the company - our people.

Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employee processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and exit procedures.

HR Vendor Management: Liaise with external HR vendors, ensuring contracts and services are effectively managed.

HR Record Data Analytics: Keep employee records up to date to ensure data integrity; Track and analyze key HR metrics, provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Learning and Development: Support the administration of learning and development programs. Coordinate training sessions and help manage career development initiatives.

Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process.

HR Initiatives and Projects: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives. Contribute to improving HR policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Experience: 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.

  • Skills:

    • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant.

    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Collaborative with a strong growth mindset.

    • Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment.

    • Strong values, ethics and integrity.

    • Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
