Job Description

We are establishing an ongoing pool of qualified resources that could be contacted if and when a suitable contract opportunity is presented. Please note this is not a employment position.

You will be contacted if and when we receive a suitable contract opportunity.  We anticipate that all contracts would be for the Canadian federal government and most of the work to be conducted in Ottawa.

Qualifications

We are looking for junior, intermediate and senior level human resource consultants. 


The resource must have 5 (5=junior, 5-9=intermediate, 10+=senior) or more years experience performing many of the following tasks:

  • Develop guiding HR practices and principles.
  • Conduct Recruitment and selection.
  • Conduct Performance Management and Evaluation.
  • Develop Training and Development Programs.
  • Reward and Recognition Programs.
  • Coordinate Learning and Development initiatives, including identification of training needs,

     implementation of training plans and learning and development strategies.

  • Undertake research and provide recommendations on HR initiatives.
  • Consult, influence, communicate, conduct team and workshop facilitation.

Most of the experience should have been obtained working with Canadian Government departments.


The resource should have a valid Government of Canada security clearance at a level of enhanced reliability or higher. 


Fluency in english and french will be considered an asset.
