Citi is looking for a Change Management Manager to join the HR Organizational Readiness team for a 12-month maternity leave coverage — a role at the centre of how the firm prepares its people for meaningful, lasting change. In this position, you will plan and execute change management strategies across multiple HR-sponsored initiatives simultaneously, partnering with project teams to assess the impact of process, policy, and technology changes on employees across the firm. You will take ownership of designing and delivering the tactics — communications, training, help resources, and more — that drive successful adoption at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead change management planning across multiple concurrent HR initiatives, assessing project scope to identify impacted stakeholder groups and the nature of change impacts.
  • Design end-to-end change management strategies that address stakeholder engagement, communications, training, feedback collection, inquiry support, and resistance management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to deliver adoption tactics including written communications, help materials, training, information sessions, and video content.
  • Identify and track risks and issues that could affect change adoption, working with project teams to develop and implement mitigation approaches.
  • Define key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of each change management strategy, using data to inform decisions and refine approaches.
  • Partner with other change management and communications teams across the firm to align on strategy and collaborate on the execution of shared tactics.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and coaching to Change Management Analysts, supporting the quality and consistency of tactical deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5 or more years of experience leading projects or delivering programmes in change management, technology adoption, process improvement, or organizational communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content tailored to different audiences and present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and consult effectively with senior and global leaders, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams simultaneously, identifying opportunities and developing practical solutions in a cross-functional environment.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and summarize data, develop recommendations, and produce polished presentations.
  • Ability to operate effectively through ambiguity, managing competing priorities and adapting approaches as project needs evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
What We Offer

At Citi, you will work in a collaborative, performance-driven environment where your contributions directly shape how thousands of employees experience change across a global organization. This is a role with real scope, real impact, and the professional support to help you grow.

  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and global stakeholders, building your professional network and influence across a large, complex organization.
  • Opportunities to lead high-visibility initiatives that directly affect how the firm operates and how employees experience change.
  • A supportive team environment where your work is valued, your ideas are heard, and your professional development is actively encouraged.
  • Wellbeing support and work-life balance initiatives designed to help you perform at your best.

Apply today and bring your change management expertise to a team where your strategies will shape how Citi's people navigate change at a global scale.
