The Human Resources Partner serves as the local HR representative responsible for implementing Altium’s people and HR strategies, as well as administering core human resources policies and procedures. This position is based onsite and provides support to both the Orangeville and Vaughan locations.

Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:
hourly talent acquisition,
employee relations activities,
retention analysis & action planning,
HR Administration for On and Off boarding,
payroll,
timekeeping and compliance.
benefit and policy questions..
Administers companywide HR initiatives.
Coach and influences leaders and associates.
Conducts employee investigations.

Education Level preferred Associate or experience
Certifications Preferred
Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 2 to 3
Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1
Years of Employee Relations Experience 1
Years of Employee Investigation Experience 0
HR Administration Experience ( generalist payroll, etc) 1
