Our HR Business Partners works closely with the People Team to maintain and enhance our organizations unique culture, build a world class human resources function and support the company’s continued worldwide growth. They collaborate with key stakeholders to solve complex organizational challenges through integrated people-oriented solutions on how we develop and retain our talent and organize work to build out sustainable practices.

You should think big, use data to lead your recommendations and challenge conventional ways of working. Strong HR knowledge and a love for data are a must for this role. Our ideal candidate will provide expertise in the following areas: performance management, coaching, career planning and employee retention.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to leaders on people-related issues to solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Be an advocate for the organization when we make business decisions that impact our employees globally
  • Partner with the global HR teams to benchmark and continuously improve HR strategies, processes, programs, policies and tools
  • Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results
  • Analyze trends and metrics, anticipate people-related needs and deliver value-added service to managers and employees
  • Work on critical projects that impact employee experience, engagement and retention
  • Make it a priority to understand the business and it’s needs in order to be able to provide the best strategic guidance to the executive team and other leaders  
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on HR or business
  • 5+ yrs. of HRBP or HR generalist experience
  • Experience working closely with and providing strategic guidance to company stakeholders
  • Strong functional HR expertise in following areas: organizational design, performance management, , employee engagement, coaching and development, employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action
  • Ability to influence, coach and consult with all levels of the organization in a positive and effective manner
  • Demonstrated experience coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business practices and the link between HR strategy and business strategy
  • Project management experience leading teams to address complex issues
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being part of deeply complex business discussions, ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge status quo
  • Must be bilingual in both French and English
