As a strategic partner supporting all of Huawei Canada, the Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei’s vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.

About the job:

  • Manage end-to-end visa application processes (e.g., work permits, visitor visas, business travel visas)

  • Prepare, review, and submit application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Communicate with employees, external agencies, and relevant authorities regarding visa status and requirements

  • Provide clear guidance on visa policies, procedures, and documentation requirements

  • Track application progress and maintain organized records and reports

  • Stay updated on immigration policies and regulatory changes (Canada and international)

  • Support urgent or complex visa cases as needed

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years of experience in visa/immigration support or related field is an asset

  • Familiarity with Canadian immigration processes; international visa knowledge is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
