The Human Resources (HR) Advisor will report into the Sr HRA supporting the Head of Enterprise and Data and Head of Foundational Services for Technology.  The HRA will support the leadership teams of the Head of Enterprise and Data and Head of Foundational Services for Technology.  The HRA will be responsible for seamless delivery of HR services to these leaders’ organization in partnership with the HR Business Partner and HR Discipline teams.  The role is part of the Technology and ESPA HR Advisor team and is responsible for accomplishing results through day-to-day advisory to Senior Leaders in coordination with the HR discipline partners. In addition to supporting human capital activities relating to enterprise change initiatives and objectives. 
What you'll be doing:

  • Provide broad range of HR consulting services to the organization as well as provide advice on Human Capital areas such as talent management, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders in recommending, developing, and executing their human capital strategy including assisting Technology leadership in developing, attracting, and retaining talent in line with FIT which is an optimization of workforce and control strategy

  • Coach senior leaders on how to improve their individual leadership abilities, talent management skills, and inclusive leadership practices to strengthen culture

  • Assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and organizational design opportunities

  • Recommend staffing levels required to carry out roles and responsibilities and working to ensure compensation and development programs are in line to support the organization.

  • Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in the local and international environments impacting HR policy

  • In partnership with the HR Discipline teams deliver strategies and interventions related to employee engagement, development, retention and culture  

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

What we'll need from you:

  • 10+ years of relevant HR Advisory experience

  • Experience in people and organization design management

  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and advising on complex HR matters

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
