We are looking for an passionate HR & Admin Assistant to join our team

Job Duties

  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

  • Support executive staff with calendar management and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage overall office organization.

  • Ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.

  • Assist with HR documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain HR databases.

  • Assist with policy updates and respond to HR-related inquiries.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant human resources or administrative experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple ad hoc tasks.

  • Knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is an asset.

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
