Job Description
As the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Strategic Initiatives GTM - Program and Solution Senior Manager, you will lead solution strategy and activation for Healthcare & Life Sciences solutions, responsible for solution definition, solution design, solution delivery and scaling, and solution tracking. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Healthcare & Life Sciences solutions are successful.
Key outcomes

  • Solution execution: Drive end-to-end solution success across the organization, with expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences industry for solution development and operational rigor to execute
  • Program management: Drive cross-functional teams to align on and execute solution delivery
  • Strategic projects: Support strategic projects and planning for the GTM team, leveraging analytics to support analysis and recommendations


Core Responsibilities
Execute solution strategy and activate the solution (working cross functionally with Industry GTM, Industry Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, and other key stakeholders), including but not limited to:

  • Define the elements of a successful Industry solution and size of the prize, including addressable market, penetration, and flagship customers for key Healthcare and Life Sciences solutions
  • Oversee program delivery for technical solution design and product integrations, including timelines, dependencies, risks
  • Manage and support execution and deliverables of the solution, working closely with Industry GTM and other stakeholders, including: solution first-call-decks, solution storyboard and demo delivery, solution customer transformation stories, other critical solution collateral and enablement content
  • Manage and support scaling of solutions across the org, including: support successful solution enablement in the field, support solution scaling with partners, support to ensure global alignment for sales and solution plays
  • Track and measure solution success


Support strategic projects across GTM strategy & insights for the Industry GTM team

  • Support business performance reviews and related annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc analytics and reporting
  • Support projects on delivering insights and intelligence to the leaders and teams
  • Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output & growth results


Program manage across the team and work cross-functionally to structure initiatives and drive actionable results:

  • Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomes
  • Orchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholder
  • Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders


Qualifications
Candidate Experience:

  • 9+ years of work experience (or 7+ years with MBA or equivalent higher degree), preferably in management consulting, tech strategy, strategy and operations function, or similar, focused on Healthcare & Life Sciences
  • Extensive experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry and business solutions where you have designed and executed solutions that have innovated the industry
  • Past experience in strategic analyses, data modeling, and executive storytelling
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
  • Experience in self-serving data through Tableau and / or PowerBI instances a plus
  • Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
