The Role

You will play a critical role in pre- and post-sales engagements, ensuring our customers are successful from onboarding through long-term adoption.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and modern engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional teams

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end technical engagement lifecycle for key clients
  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of solution engineers
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to define technical strategy in deals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by designing and delivering scalable solutions
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, demos, and POCs
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions with a strong customer focus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Airflow, dbt, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Background in software development or DevOps
  • Familiarity with the data/ML tooling ecosystem
