Join our dynamic organization as the Head of Sales and Key Accounts for Customized Auditing Solutions, where you'll lead the expansion of BSI's tailored auditing solutions across the Americas.
About the Role
As a collaborative and results-oriented leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining sales strategies, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized audit offerings. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape innovative sales approaches, contribute to BSI's market presence, and guide a high-performing sales team—while supporting a global vision of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with BSI’s global goals and evolving market needs.
Team Development:
Lead, coach, and support a regional sales team by fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Engage with senior stakeholders to cultivate new business and grow existing accounts with a focus on value-based, customized audit solutions.
Collaboration & Marketing:
Partner with marketing and global teams to create campaigns and materials that support sales efforts and boost brand visibility.
Operational Excellence:
Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports. Optimize processes and utilize digital tools (e.g., Salesforce) for informed decision-making and effective client engagement.
Sales Performance:
Establish clear goals and accountability measures to meet and exceed sales targets. Promote efficiency, innovation, and team effectiveness.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel may be required to support client engagement, regional sales activities, and key events.
What You’ll Bring

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience leading strategic sales teams, ideally in auditing, consulting, or professional services.

Proven success in managing complex, global sales initiatives and developing customized solutions.

Strong experience in solution-based selling and relationship management.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office tools, and digital sales platforms.

Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

The salary for this position can range from $121,500.00 - $162,000.00 USD annually, plus annual bonus; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
