About the company

Our client is a legal services company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own and expand a partnerships function, reporting to the CEO. You will drive technical and commercial collaboration with outside platforms, create fresh routes to market for professional services, and recruit the people who carry out that work.

What you'll do

- Increase partnership revenue by deepening current relationships and signing new partners.

- Embed partner offerings into the company's digital products and take responsibility for how well they are adopted, working with executive and engineering colleagues.

- Develop revenue from professional services sold through institutional and business partners.

- Determine which roles the function needs, then hire and manage a high-calibre team with defined scorecards and measurable targets.

- Honor existing agreements and keep current partners satisfied and engaged.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Several years of partnerships experience (roughly 3 to 7) with a product-oriented mindset, including bringing partners onto a platform or product.

- A product-centered background; experience limited to pure sales, business development or marketing partnerships is not a match.

- Experience recruiting and assembling a team from the ground up.

- Skill at spotting what a partner platform can offer and turning that into goals and product requirements delivered with cross-functional colleagues.

- Sound commercial reasoning about partner economics and long-term profitability.

- Comfort collaborating with senior leaders at large organizations while keeping pace in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

- Ability to work hybrid in Toronto.
