What You’ll Do
  • Translate research and engineering progress into clear external communication

  • Support recruiting by clearly articulating the company’s mission, roadmap, and standards

  • Establish editorial and visual standards that reflect rigor and discipline

  • Build the marketing function from zero and hire selectively as the company scales

  • Operate hands-on without layers of support or predefined processes

What You’ll Bring
  • Required: Experience in a hardware, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, or similarly technical environment

  • Required: 0→1 startup experience building something from scratch in a high-uncertainty setting

  • Strong ability to communicate complex systems clearly without oversimplification

  • Experience supporting major technical launches or public milestones

  • Comfort working directly with engineers and research teams

  • High ownership, autonomy, and bias for execution

  • Strong judgment around credibility, confidentiality, and technical precision

  • Ability to operate independently without structured playbooks

  • Ideally: Experience at an autonomy, aerospace, robotics, or frontier hardware company

  • Ideally: Experience communicating safety, reliability, and deployment readiness

  • Ideally: Experience running technical demonstrations or field events
