Role Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Marketing to join our team and lead all marketing activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across diverse marketing channels. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and fueling our company’s growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement innovative and results-driven product marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new engagements, and contribute to overall revenue expansion. 
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and public relations.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments.
  • Building out and leading a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Identify and prioritize events for marketing activities and lead logistic coordination.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the company’s marketing capabilities and expand its reach.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.

Travel Expectations/Requirements: 10%

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to adapt and take on new responsibilities as they arise. 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in a senior product marketing role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Experience leading a defense technology marketing team or passion to support the national security enterprise. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to develop and implement comprehensive technology-driven strategies to advance awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, as well as familiarity with analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote work environment.
  • Passion for technology

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience. Compensation ranges are established using national benchmarking data and apply across all geographic locations within the United States.
