Head of IT Growth & R&D Capabilities at a glance
The Head of IT Growth Capabilities will lead our marketing and R&D IT technology teams. Reporting into the VP, Head of IT Functional Capabilities, this strategic leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and running the future of our Growth technology landscape, with focus on demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, including generative AI, to enhance and transform our Growth processes.
What's on the menu?
- Bring the outside in. Partner with Growth business leaders to scout the industry for disruptive technologies that can improve efficiency and/or effectiveness at Kraft Heinz.
- Actively manage a portfolio of ~$20MM in Capex projects annually.
- Actively manage the health of all Growth applications, ensuring OS, App, etc are at current versions and fit for purpose.
- Build, optimize and support all Growth IT integrations Lead the Growth IT Team of 15+ internal FTEs in addition to external consultants and systems integrators.
- Develop and execute IT strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to understand growth objectives and develop an IT strategy that supports business expansion, innovation, and R&D initiatives.

- I have IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- I have a proven track record of driving business growth through IT innovation.
- I have a strong understanding of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
- I have excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- I am able to develop and manage budgets, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$184,800.00 - $231,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
