BIMM is looking for a Head of Global Growth to join our team!

As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Who we are

BIMM is a Toronto-based agency that lives at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity to provide clients with high-performing campaigns and digital products that shape connected customer experiences. We’ve helped our clients implement fully integrated CRM customer journeys, built robust digital experiences, and created national loyalty programs with decades of experience in sectors of automotive, financial, telco and retail.

We are creative realists, which means our ideas and solutions are grounded in the realities of our clients’ business. We believe big ideas are nothing without big results (and flawless execution); high-performing agencies deliver high-performing campaigns, products, and experiences; and the best solutions happen when we collaborate with clients as partners.

Who we’re looking for

As the Head of Global Growth, you will be responsible for driving BIMM’s growth by attracting exciting clients, with a strong focus on CRM clients and working with our organic client base which includes both technology and creative industries. You will work closely with account leadership to identify and develop strategies to organically grow BIMM through its existing client base. Reporting to the President & CEO of BIMM, you will work closely to align on business development goals. Utilizing tracking tools to measure and report on new business efforts, ensuring transparency in growth initiatives will be second nature to you.

The organization will lean on your expertise to establish a structured and scalable business development approach, positioning BIMM for significant growth in both the tech and creative sectors.

  • Define and execute a new business strategy targeting mainly CRM clients.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and refine the processes necessary to achieve new business targets.
  • Analyze industry activity and create an annual business plan tailored to technology and creative sectors.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives for prospective clients and help position BIMM as a leader in tech-driven marketing solutions.
  • Remain aware of pitch opportunities in both the Canadian tech and creative markets.
  • Providing regular updates on progress towards the company’s growth objectives, outlining key opportunities, successes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a business development or growth role, preferably in an Advertising Agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and securing new clients, particularly within CRM.
  • Experience working in a Senior Leadership team to develop and execute yearly business plans.
  • Background in Account Management, Strategic Development, or Technology Partnerships.
  • Strong industry networking skills, with an established presence in the tech and creative markets.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience developing compelling sales presentations and delivering impactful pitches.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
