The Technical Consultant will provide technical consulting for the implementation of Vistex’s cloud offering - Go-to-Market Suite®. The individual will be responsible for setting up of technical elements such as fields, data models, file templates, and executing data loads. The individual will also be responsible for developing any customer-specific enhancements and writing custom code using Vistex’s scripting tool and executing any tests related to these developments. The responsibilities will include carrying out any interfaces with other systems using Web Services and APIs. Must be willing and commit to learning the Vistex product and delivering per project timelines. Knowledge of SAP business processes would be helpful. Should support the further development of the GTMS product and be an active team member on GTMS customer projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetings
- Get a clear understanding of any custom enhancements from the functional consultants and deliver the requirements.
- Execute the design, configuration, and coding required for system interfaces
- Prepare file templates and upload data into the GTMS system
- Responsible for writing and executing technical specifications for enhancements
- Perform quality assurance on the enhancements or business scripts built for the customer
- Identify product and customer-specific project issues and work with product development to resolve them
- Prepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support
- Learn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings
The compensation for this position is $72k - $82k CAD. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better.
