    • Support sales and marketing teams by providing enriched, high-quality lead lists.
    • Execute ABM strategies by targeting key accounts with personalized, automated outreach.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • Track and analyze sales funnel metrics, lead conversions, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
    • Generate regular performance dashboards and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
    • Translate cross-departmental requirements into practical system and process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement & Revenue Accountability:
    • Constantly refine GTM processes, tools, and strategies to enhance pipeline performance.
    • Directly contribute to revenue growth with clear accountability to pipeline and revenue metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Required Experience:
    • 3-5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in CRM management (Salesforce), sales automation, and marketing tools.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (strong Excel/Google Sheets, SQL preferred).
    • Familiarity with automation/integration tools (Zapier, Make) and scripting skills (Python or JavaScript beneficial).

    • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Gong), data enrichment platforms (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit), and ABM systems.
  • Cross-functional Skills:
    • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
    • Experience coordinating initiatives between sales, marketing, product, and ops teams.
