The Role

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator will be a key member of our Large Customer Solutions team within the Services organization, playing a critical role in supporting sales planning and go-to-market execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, and subject matter experts across the business to create compelling, customized sales collateral that helps our teams win across a diverse portfolio of agency, advertiser, and publisher clients.

You’ll support the development of tailored sales decks and presentations, enable account-specific storytelling, and help operationalize GTM plans that accelerate growth with our largest customers. This is a highly cross-functional, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for supporting commercial teams in a high-growth ad tech environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning Support

  • Develop polished, tailored sales presentations, pitch decks, and RFP/RFI responses for use by sales teams with agency and advertiser clients.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure content aligns with product positioning, value props, and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure sales assets are consistent in branding, message clarity, and commercial impact.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Assist in managing stakeholder updates, content reviews, and feedback cycles to meet deadlines.
  • Support ad-hoc GTM projects that drive alignment, efficiency, and improved customer experiences.

Reporting & Operational Excellence

  • Track and report on sales activity, content usage, and GTM outcomes.
  • Help maintain central repositories of decks, playbooks, and enablement materials for easy access across various teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve GTM execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in GTM support, sales operations, marketing operations, or related functions, ideally in media, ad tech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable building polished slide decks and presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) tailored to various client audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, collaboration tools (e.g., Slack), and Google/Office productivity suites.
  • Experience with basic data visualization (charts, dashboards) to support reporting and business reviews.
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising terminology and go-to-market models preferred
  • Proficient in AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
