KT by Knix is our teen-focused brand, empowering the next generation with sustainable and stylish leakproof underwear. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Growth Specialist to support our ambitious growth goals and bring our mission to life for young consumers and their families. As the Growth Specialist for KT by Knix, you will play a critical role in executing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our performance marketing, while collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Resonsibilities
- Assist in executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the growth team to track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer sourcing, outreach management, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate content creation for both paid and organic social media initiatives, working closely with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities for KT by Knix to engage its target audience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and seamless campaign execution.
- Provide administrative assistance to the growth team, including budget management, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid social, either agency-side or in-house.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to tackle new challenges.
- You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, with a particular interest in engaging teen audiences and parents.
- You possess excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
