Job Description

ARTERNAL is driving the evolution of Fintech & Vertical SaaS as a pioneer in the Art + Tech space. ARTERNAL is seeking a Growth Product Marketer to support our user base of the world’s leading art galleries, art dealers, auction houses and art fairs. ARTERNAL is a fully verticalized cloud-based system that is the art industry’s first CRM + Inventory Management solution. In this role, the Software Engineer Intern will work closely with the engineering team to assist in adding new features to the web app, building core features and implementing future projects on the roadmap.

At ARTERNAL we are looking for an experienced and creative individual that is willing to kick-start projects, rigorously test out lean experiments, and lead the teams’ incorporation of a data-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who understands the versatile nature of startups and wants to be part of a small but fast-growing company in a lucrative market.


Responsibilities:

Short-term:

  • Plan and strategize internal and external growth engine

  • Analyze current data, discover bottlenecks in its technical implementation, and create a growth-driven process for the team to utilize

  • Setup reporting for product analytics overview.

Long term:

  • Exponentially increase growth in all parts of the ARTERNAL’s product through testing out numerous lean experiments

  • Evangelize the usage of data & analytics within the team (build out dashboards and seek out trends for insights).

  • Collaborate with the product and business team to help build out feature sets that reflect user needs found within our data

  • Support the management of all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.

  • Lead digital marketing efforts ie. Inbound strategy, content creation, SEO, paid ADs.

  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of proven knowledge and experience in growth marketing/hacking

  • Highly proficient with analytics

  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. Important to communicate effectively

  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns

  • Self-starter, driven and demonstrate the ability to work independently

  • Collaborative mindset as a core competency and a creative problem-solver

  • Adaptability and ability to be part of a small but growing environment
