Roofr is looking for a Growth Product Lead to join our highly collaborative, dynamic, and driven Growth team. They’ll have the opportunity to bring their own unique background in customer acquisition, monetization, and retention to the group. This Lead will work to accelerate revenue and revenue velocity by leading the development of all growth initiatives resulting in sustainable customer conversion and expansion. 

As the Growth Product Lead, you will report into the SVP of Product and be an instrumental part in helping us create the most trusted roofing platform in the industry. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of the market and we strive to deliver innovative and intuitive products - always keeping customer experience in mind.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Own Roofr’s conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy and roadmap
  • Partner deeply with Growth Marketing and PDE (Product, Design, Engineering) teams to develop end-to-end hypotheses, proof points, experiments, and (ultimately) solutions to increase revenue, efficiency, and delight your customers as they grow with Roofr
  • Ideate, build and launch product features/initiatives to grow our revenue and accelerate revenue velocity
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to win new accounts, drive feature adoption, reduce churn, and expand customer subscriptions to grow the customer base
  • Deliver delightful and relevant consumer experiences that help roofers discover new solutions and get the most out of the Roofr platform 

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in growth-focused roles
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth and optimizing key business metrics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably at a SaaS company
  • A strong intuition for product design and user experience
  • Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise

  • You are a clear communicator who can create simple explanations of complex concepts
  • You are curious but skeptical, and don’t settle for the first explanation offered to you
  • You’re a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status-quo
  • You’re obsessed with providing a world class user experience
  • You sweat the details
  • You have experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude and creating/maintaining event tracking schemas
