About Owl.co

We’re building applied AI systems for high‑stakes, real‑world decisions. Our platform ingests and reasons over large, messy data to surface evidence with hard constraints around fairness, auditability, and low bias.

The single gnarliest, most impact‑heavy place this problem shows up is in insurance claims, so that’s where we’re deployed today, running in production at some of the largest carriers in North America.

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you are the architect and engine of Owl.co’s top-of-funnel growth. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with high ownership, high creativity, and high impact. You will shape Owl’s public presence, generate demand, and build an engaged community around our AI products.

You will launch bold campaigns, craft compelling narratives around Owl’s technology, and amplify our brand across digital channels, thought leadership platforms, and major industry events.

If you want to be the person who makes noise, creates momentum, and drives adoption of breakthrough AI systems, this role is yours.
