Pine Services Group · Remote (United States) · Full-Time

About Pine Services Group

Pine Services Group is a long-term global holding company within Evergreen, focused on partnering with leading ERP and technology-enabled services businesses. We acquire and support strong companies, helping them grow while preserving the legacy and customer focus that made them successful. Our approach is intentionally decentralized, so that leaders within the Pine portfolio guide their businesses day to day. Pine partners alongside them to provide financial clarity, strategic support, and a strong community of peers needed to drive long-term, sustainable growth.

About the Role

We're creating a new Growth Marketing Analyst role to be the data engine behind our marketing and go-to-market efforts. You'll turn raw data from our dashboards and campaigns into clear insights and recommendations that help our operating companies grow.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position. You'll work directly with our growth and partnerships teams having visibility into our operating companies, and you'll support how we measure, communicate, and act on growth. If you love finding the story in the data and then making sure someone actually acts on it, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Reporting to our Manager of Organic Growth, you’ll share insights from the data and help align on Operating Company performance.

  • Monitor marketing and revenue dashboards (HubSpot and related tools), spotting trends and translating raw data into actionable recommendations.

  • Support tracking partnership and co-sell pipelines including leads, revenue, and key metrics.

  • Support go-to-market workshops, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, through quantitative and qualitative market research.

  • Track and report on growth scorecard trends across the portfolio.

  • Partner with marketing to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns, surfacing opportunities to improve performance.

  • You will help assess, test and rollout Pine’s preferred tech stack across our portfolio companies.

What You'll Bring

Analytical & technical skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Technology-forward, you actively leverage AI and modern tools to work smarter, automate the routine, and solve problems more efficiently.

  • Experience analyzing marketing funnel performance, attribution, and engagement trends across multiple channels.

  • Comfort building dashboards, running reports, and validating data accuracy in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.

  • Ability to run quantitative and qualitative research to inform go-to-market strategy and market segmentation.

Marketing operations & campaign execution

  • Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns (email, landing pages, workflows, ABM).

  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting.

  • A solid grasp of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, pipeline influence, MQL criteria).

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, 6sense, ZoomInfo) and the ability to interpret account-level intent data.

How you work

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify performance issues and propose data-backed solutions.

  • A clear communicator who can simplify complex analytics for non-technical stakeholders and follow up directly with company leaders.

  • Strong project management skills able to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and track progress across several initiatives.

  • A growth mindset, eager to learn new industries and business models, experiment, and adapt as our function evolves.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B software, ERP, or private equity–backed environments.

  • CRM direct experiences – preferably HubSpot

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000–$90,000, plus performance bonus

  • Fully remote within the United States

  • A high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path to grow as our function scales
