About Bonsai

Bonsai is the all-in-one platform helping agencies, consultancies, and professional service firms run and scale their operations. From lean 5-person studios to 100-person teams, thousands of businesses around the world rely on Bonsai to streamline their workflows and manage everything from proposals and contracts to time tracking, invoicing, finances, and even banking.

As the way we work evolves, so do the needs of modern service businesses. Admin and operations can quickly become a bottleneck to growth—Bonsai removes that friction, so teams can stay focused on delivering great work, not managing overhead.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to join our team and help accelerate Bonsai’s customer acquisition.

This is a great role for someone early in their career (1–2 years of experience) who’s excited to work in a SaaS environment and grow into a well-rounded marketer. You’ll have a strong marketing foundation, but you’re also comfortable rolling up your sleeves with more technical tasks like setting up campaigns, running experiments, or playing with scripts and automation when needed.

You’ll work closely with our Growth and Product teams to create, test, and scale initiatives across multiple channels, with a mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and run customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • SEO & Distribution: Support our SEO efforts with keyword research, backlinking, and optimization.
  • Content Marketing: Create and repurpose content (articles, social, videos) to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Growth Experiments: Run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize funnels and improve conversion.
  • Analytics: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
  • Community & Social: Manage social media presence and engage with target communities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • SaaS / tech industry experience (internships or full-time roles).
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal (English and French).
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing metrics and dashboards.
  • Curious and resourceful: willing to learn new tools, experiment, and take initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads).
  • Basic technical skills (e.g., HTML/CSS, low-code tools, marketing automation, or light scripting).
  • Experience creating or scaling video/social content.

Benefits

If you’re looking to accelerate your career in growth marketing, enjoy mixing creativity with data, and want to work hands-on in a fast-growing SaaS company, we’d love to hear from you!
