We’re hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale our global demand generation engine.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue across regions. The role goes well beyond MQL volume. You will be accountable for how demand is created, how efficiently it converts through the funnel, and how it ultimately contributes to ARR.

You will lead growth strategy across paid and organic channels, partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps, manage budgets,



What You'll be Responsible for:  

  • Own global inbound demand generation across ANZ, North America, and EMEA.
  • Be accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Design and execute integrated demand strategies across paid acquisition, organic growth, website optimization, lifecycle, and PLG motions.
  • Own budget allocation and ensure spend is efficient and aligned to revenue impact.
  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other relevant channels.
  • Own organic growth strategy, including SEO, content performance, and site optimization.
  • Balance near-term pipeline delivery with long-term, compounding organic growth.
  • Establish a clear experimentation roadmap to improve performance across channels.
  • Own acquisition and conversion funnels for free trial, self-serve, and hybrid sales-assisted motions.
  • Partner with Product and Lifecycle teams to improve activation, PQL definition, and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Work with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead scoring, routing, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline, ARR contribution, funnel conversion, CAC, and velocity.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, territory planning, and annual growth modeling.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, trusted, and useful for executive and board-level decision making.
  • Lead and develop growth marketers across performance, organic, CRO, and experimentation.
  • Set clear goals, operating rhythms, and accountability within the growth function.
  • Act as a close partner to Sales, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Creative teams.
  • Influence GTM priorities using data, insights, and customer understanding.

What You'll need to bring to Maropost 

  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just lead volume.
  • Deep experience running paid and organic demand generation programs at scale.
  • Strong background in PLG or hybrid sales-assisted growth models.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and optimizing ROI.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing growth teams.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics including MQL, SQL, PQL, pipeline, ARR, CAC, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing automation stacks.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo.
  • Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks, CRO, and attribution models.
