About the RoleAs a Growth Intern, you’ll join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, gaining practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer support. You’ll work directly with customers and contribute to key areas of a startup. If you’re interested in the intersection of technology and people, this role could be a good fit.
What You'll Do
Help execute go-to-market strategies to improve customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Analyze customer interactions using HubSpot and other tools.
Work with the sales team to meet targets and improve the process.
Research target segments and generate outbound leads.
Help launch marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.
What You'll Bring
Interest in customers, sales, and relationship building.
Understanding of technology sales and software products.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide good customer service and build rapport with clients.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRM systems) and Zapier.
Relevant experience.
