The role involves building and scaling growth engineering products, balancing quality and speed effectively, and influencing product direction and AI-driven growth solutions.
The summary above was generated by AI

You’ve mastered growth engineering at a world-class growth org. You’re comfortable being scrappy, want to move fast, and care about the customer. You could go get another growth engineering role, or you could be a foundational piece of a rocketship that is building the world’s first AI growth engineer.

The day-to-day work will consist of building and scaling our offering, helping shape the direction of the product, and by extension, the future of growth engineering.

You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable products, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation). Importantly, your skills will not just be used in building our product, but also to help our AI system do growth engineering for our customers.

"You guys are insane."
