We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Operations Associate with experience in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce (SFDC) Campaigns to own and optimize Pardot as a business system, drive operational efficiency, and enhance upper-funnel performance. This role will also focus on marketing and growth operations, ensuring new revenue team members ramp quickly and have the tools, processes, and insights needed to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Pardot Operations

  • Pardot as a Business System: Partner with SFDC Admin to support Pardot administration, system configuration, and integration with Salesforce, ensuring marketing operations are streamlined and scalable. Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for system governance.
  • Campaign Operations & Oversight: Partner with Demand Generation to support the execution of campaigns, including tracking, attribution modeling, and performance analysis within Salesforce Campaigns.
  • Upper-Funnel Optimization: Support the strategy and execution for lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurture programs to improve conversion rates and accelerate pipeline growth. Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Pardot, and BI tools to track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in marketing operations and implement scalable automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Growth & Revenue Operations Enablement

  • Onboarding & Training: Assist with onboarding new revenue team hires, ensuring they ramp quickly by providing training, coaching, and resources to enhance their role-based skills and knowledge.
  • Revenue Enablement Tools & Tech: Monitor how revenue enablement tools are used and optimize platforms and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness for both individual contributors and coaches. Provide everyday user support.
  • Content Management & Governance: Oversee revenue team content management, ensuring relevant content is easy to find and use. Train users on best practices for content utilization.
  • Productivity Optimization: Identify productivity enablers and ‘killers’ and address them through playbooks, tools, process improvements, and upskilling.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Offer data-driven insights on productivity strengths and weaknesses, along with strategies and tactics to address them.
  • Internal Communications: Own revenue team communications, ensuring alignment and consistency in operations.
  • Documentation of GTM Processes: Create comprehensive documentation for all Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Dashboard & KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key growth KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Integrity & Accuracy: Actively interpret GTM dashboards and reports, ensuring inbound data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on growth operations processes and tools to ensure adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including basic platform administration, automation rules, engagement programs, and lead scoring.
  • Experience managing Salesforce (SFDC) Campaigns, including campaign setup, attribution tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to upper-funnel optimization strategies, such as lead capture, nurture automation, conversion tracking, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Some experience supporting revenue teams through training, coaching, or tool optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and reporting tools (Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Basic understanding of marketing attribution models (e.g., first-touch, multi-touch).
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, demand generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience assisting in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Effective collaboration skills to support alignment between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
