What you’ll do ​& Who you are

As a Senior Product Manager, you will steer the product strategy and enhance our platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating impactful web and mobile products that cater to large-scale user bases. You will operate at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience to deliver value that solidifies Kijiji's position as a market leader. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work with our engineering and user experience teams. This is a hybrid position and you will come to our modern downtown Toronto office 1-2 times per week.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Vision and Execution: Collaborate with the product team and partners to define and refine the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the broader vision of Kijiji.
  • Market and User Insight: Use deep market analysis and user research to identify needs and opportunities, translating these into relevant product plans.
  • Product Ownership: Manage the product backlog, setting clear, data-driven goals to guide development teams and partner expectations.
  • Leadership and Influence: Lead and inspire a collaborative team, promoting a culture of innovation and learning. Influence product decisions and company-wide strategy at all levels.

Who You Are:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product management in markets such as automotive, real estate, or retail/e-commerce.
  • Your approach is rooted in outcomes, using data to make informed decisions and set strategic directions.
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues in product management, engineering, and user experience.
  • Passionate: You have experience with digital product development and delivering products that delight users.
