What you'll be doing
As a collaborative leader within the Direct Channels team, you'll design and implement advice strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives for Creditor Insurance. You'll foster strong partnerships across multiple channels, manage communications, and ensure effective reporting to support overall business goals. Your proven track record in product management and relationship building will enable you to execute cross-functional initiatives and position Creditor Insurance as a core or complementary offering. You'll contribute to strategic planning, evaluate programs and products, and introduce innovative enhancements to optimize processes and profitability. By leveraging your industry expertise, you'll support the development and rollout of impactful campaigns and initiatives.

How you'll succeed
Strategic thought leadership - Contribute to defining, interpreting, and driving the strategic business direction for the next 1 to 3 years, ensuring alignment with overall P&L and objectives.
Initiative execution - Support the Director and Senior Director in delivering both tactical and complex strategic initiatives across internal and external partners.
Channel strategy & oversight - Recommend priorities for designated channels in line with Creditor Insurance business strategies, and support operational strategies to achieve these priorities.
Industry expertise - Apply in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector and frontline channels to effectively position creditor insurance in target segments.
Program & product evaluation - Build proposals for program, product, or service enhancements, providing data-driven recommendations regarding their impact, effectiveness, and feasibility.
Sales strategy development - Lead the creation of sales strategies that support business objectives and complement broader account management approaches.
Channel partnership management - Serve as a key contact for channel partners, organizing and leading regular forums to address issues, set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure successful initiative completion.
Campaign & initiative support - Assist in the rollout and implementation of product campaigns and initiatives across all relevant channels.
Stakeholder relationship building - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners—including Channel Leadership, Compliance, Legal, Customer Marketing, Lending & Insurance, and Client Operations—to position Creditor Insurance for business and financial success.
Continuous improvement & innovation - Identify opportunities for product and process enhancements, introducing innovative ideas to drive improvements.
Annual planning - Support the development of annual product channel plans, focusing on optimizing processes, profitability, and client outcomes for insurance products.
Competitive intelligence - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of channel capabilities, product positioning, and market initiatives to ensure competitive advantage.

You have extensive product and channel management experience. You bring 5+ years of expertise in account acquisition, frontline effectiveness, and a deep understanding of creditor insurance products.
