Group Lead, IT - Platform Delivery Lead at a glance
The Platforms Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and enhancements within the ERP Platforms portfolio. This role acts as an internal PMO, ensuring structured governance, standardized ways of working, and effective financial planning. The Platforms Delivery Lead manages the Release Management team and SAP Test Lead, providing oversight of ERP-related project execution, testing, and release management processes.

Change and Project Management Oversight
- Lead and Manage Changes: Oversee the implementation of small enhancements and larger projects initiated by team members and managers.
- Release Calendar & Production Freeze Management: Own and maintain the release calendar, ensuring alignment across projects and adherence to production freeze schedules.
Resource and Budget Management
- CAPEX Management: Oversee the CAPEX allocation for projects, tracking expenditure and optimizing resource use to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver biweekly performance, financial, and project update reports to the Leadership Team (LT).
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Dotted-line Management: Provide leadership to project managers through a dotted-line reporting structure, guiding them on methodology, governance, and project prioritization.
- Collaboration with SAP Test Factory: Directly manage the SAP Test Lead, ensuring testing strategies align with project requirements and maintaining current responsibilities of this role.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$143,800.00 - $179,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
