Job Description:

The Strategic & Editorial Content (SEC) Group is TD Wealth’s content centre of excellence, responsible for delivering high quality editorial, broadcast, and digital content that highlights TD Wealth’s expertise and thought leadership. The team brings together editorial, production, creative, and technical professionals to support live, live to tape, and digital first programming distributed across internal and external TD platforms.   SEC properties include MoneyTalk “Brought to you by TD”, MoneyTalk Live streamed daily via TD WebBroker, broadcast programs on BNN Bloomberg and CTV properties, and a range of live and recorded content delivered across TD’s digital ecosystems.

The Strategic Editorial Content (SEC) team is seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer to deliver high-quality, story-led creative across video, digital, and editorial platforms.

This role is ideal for an experienced designer who brings strong visual craft, editorial sensibility, and sound judgment within a governed enterprise environment.

You will play a key role in shaping how complex ideas are translated into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visual stories. Working closely with editors, producers, creative leadership, and business partners, you will support high-visibility initiatives that advance enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality design across video, motion, presentations, and digital channels

  • Own execution of priority and high-visibility deliverables

  • Interpret and apply art direction and established visual standards

  • Ensure consistency across deliverables and maintain quality benchmarks

  • Operate within structured workflows and contribute to scalable design processes, templates, and asset management

  • Partner with editors, producers, and stakeholders to deliver compelling creative solutions

  • Translate business requirements into clear and effective visual outputs

  • Support team consistency by reinforcing best practices and providing guidance where needed
     

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design, motion, or editorial environments

  • Strong portfolio across video, digital, and motion design

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, VizRT, Multiplay and studio production an asset

  • Experience working in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments

  • Strong understanding of brand standards, accessibility, and governance requirements

  • Exposure to art direction or concept development

  • Experience with design systems or scalable production models

  • Workplace model is 4 days in the office
