The Position

Provide daily graphic design services to support the Design Studio. Support the Studio LEAD on a daily basis. Responsible for the design through production of marketing materials, branding campaigns and digital assets. 

Responsible for managing Roche Canada Assets in the Roche Global Digital Assets Management Library.

Support and enforce corporate design, AODA requirements and branding guidelines.

The opportunity:

  • Deliver daily graphic design services and prepare technical art files for external suppliers, ensuring high accuracy, file structure compliance, and brand consistency.

  • Support the Lead Designer in reviewing all external agency artwork for Roche brand compliance and managing the end-to-end production of marketing materials.

  • Negotiate project deadlines with vendors, manage purchase orders (POs), and collaborate with advertising agencies to provide necessary feedback and corrections.

  • Act as a creative partner by assessing customer needs, providing tailored design solutions, and maintaining transparent communication regarding project status.

  • Manage the Roche Global Digital Asset Library and ensure all creative assets meet mandatory AODA (accessibility) requirements and corporate guidelines.

  • Maintain a rigorous departmental filing system for version control and archiving while providing timely, high-level customer service to all internal clients.

Who you are:

  • Holds a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or closely related fields.

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a production or post-production environment with a strong proficiency in Mac-based workflows.

  • Comprehensive understanding of technical specifications, digital asset formats, resolutions, fonts, and graphics for print, video, and online media.

  • Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with a specific emphasis on Excel formulas for data management.

  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience navigating online service tools or ticket management systems.

  • Experience working with Corporate branding guidelines.

Additional Information:

  • Fixed term position.

  • Position with an approximate start date in May 2026.

  • Full-time (35 hours per week).

  • Based in Mississauga, ON.

  • Hybrid modality (minimum 3 days in the office).

Relocation benefits not available.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 83 008,00 and 108 948,00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
