As a Graphic Designer, you will handle the design, layout, and production of all digital marketing collateral as well as print, where required. You will play a key role in creatively telling our brand story and strengthen the way our customers feel about us. You will possess a strong creative focus, with an eye toward trends and technology in design to differentiate FCT from its competitors.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact digital collateral, including, but not limited to: web content, social assets, email marketing campaigns, interactive infographics/PDF’s, videos and microsites.
  • Produce concepts and creative for print as required within the Marketing department, including branded collateral, ads, presentations, info graphs etc.
  • Manage production and delivery of materials by working closely with internal and external resources
  • Strong creative focus, with an eye toward current trends and technology in design to differentiate FCT from its competitors
  • Passionate about delivering only the best work to the client
  • Collaborate across the team to raise standards of creativity
  • Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions
  • Works with in-house stakeholders (Marketing team and LOB partners), to ensure that projects meet set objectives.
  • Maintains existing print and digital marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Rolls out creative and brand design to new collateral ensuring the FCT brand is maintained in a consistent manner, adhering to quality control & ownership.
  • Adheres to and maintains processes and procedures while also providing recommendations on departmental procedure and best practices.
  • Provides technical and creative solutions on projects.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts or graphic design, media production, related field, or equivalent work
  • 3+ years of digital design experience
  • Fluent in a variety of digital delivery formats (data visualization, interactive PDFs, motion graphics, social media platforms, PPT, etc.)
  • Key skills/tools should include experience with video editing
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization and outside/external suppliers and vendors.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • Ability to work well independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate, self-starter who thrives on new challenges and bringing unique ideas to the forefront.
  • Extensive knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Proficient with Mac and PC environments.
