Our client, a results-driven digital marketing agency, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-impact visuals that enhance content performance and drive engagement. This role is design-focused but performance-driven, meaning every visual must align with content, marketing, and growth objectives.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Marketing Visuals

    • Create engagement-driven social media graphics that enhance content performance.

    • Design both static and motion-based content (short-form video, reels, animated posts).

  • Content Execution & Performance Optimization

    • Work under the direction of the Growth Marketing Manager, aligning visuals with engagement strategies.

    • Collaborate with the Lead Content Strategist to ensure content and visuals complement each other.

    • Optimize designs based on platform best practices and performance data.

  • Support for Internal & Client Marketing

    • Assist in designing branded marketing materials, lead-generation graphics, and ad creatives.

    • Support campaign visuals, promotional assets, and special projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-performing visual content that increases engagement and brand visibility.

  • Optimized, platform-specific design that supports marketing and content efforts.

  • Strong collaboration between marketing, design, and content teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience – 2+ years in graphic design, social media content creation, or digital media design.

  • Expertise – Strong knowledge of both static and motion-based design.

  • Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of how visuals impact content performance and lead generation.

  • Proficiency – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Collaboration – Works effectively with content strategists and marketers to ensure visual consistency and performance.
