Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • You'll be creating and delivering visual content across multiple platforms—whether it's for print, digital, or the web. Every project will be a chance to showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with the Growth team, you'll help bring ideas to life by designing eye-catching campaigns, branding assets, and social media content, as well as internal marketing materials.
  • Working with other teams across the company, you'll ensure that all designs reflect the brand’s identity and messaging, keeping everything aligned visually.
  • You'll fine-tune elements like typography, layouts, colors, and graphics, making sure every design is polished and consistent throughout the different brand touchpoints.
  • Staying on top of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques will keep your work fresh, relevant, and innovative.
  • In brainstorming sessions you'll offer creative ideas and insights to help shape overall design strategies.
  • You'll creatively solve visual challenges by using design principles to push boundaries and deliver standout results.
  • Your day-to-day will be helping to shape AstroPay’s visual identity, ensuring our designs are both compelling and true to the brand.


Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment, but you're also a strong team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or something similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer,bonus points if it’s within the fintech industry, with a solid portfolio that shows your range, from print to digital and branding work.
  • You’re a Figma wizard but also a master using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to craft top-notch designs.
  • Experience designing across different platforms—web, newsletters, mobile, print, social media…
  • You know exactly how to create visually appealing content that shines on social media and resonates with audiences.
  • A solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition, with a sharp eye for detail and balance.
  • You’re great at managing multiple projects at once and know how to prioritize to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills; you're comfortable working with other teams, taking feedback, and making adjustments.
  • You have a passion for creativity and problem-solving, always looking for new ways to push your designs and go beyond expectations.
  • While not required, if you have motion design skills or know how to use tools like Adobe After Effects, you’ll definitely stand out.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong desire to keep growing and improving your craft.
