We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team of Commercial Real Estate Brokers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials that showcase our properties and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Production
- Create professional marketing collateral, including investment property brochures, flyers, presentation and proposals
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials

Project Coordination
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers and printers, as needed

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Powerpoint, Word)
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in commercial real estate or knowledge of the industry
  • Familiarity with photo editing and design
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
