Are you a NLU/Google DialogFlow or Omilia Architect who has passion for driving strategy and delivering projects related to AI-based Conversational Interfaces? You are the one that sets the direction, you can anticipate what lies ahead and you understand challenges both operationally and technically thus mitigating future problems or delays. You have consulted on Conversational AI engagements from requirements to implementation. Your experience enables you to approach projects with a structured methodology, foresee pitfalls, and speak to leading practices. You are passionate about implementation but comfortable communicating and presenting solutions to client stakeholders.


What We’re looking for:


  • Experience with two or more of the following: Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms
  • 3 or more years of programming experience, with fluency in Python or GoLang
  • Experience with Omilia or desire to learn
  • Experience with Pre and Post sales.
  • Overall ownership of architecture, design, and implementation for client projects to develop AI-based Conversational Interfaces
  • Lead customer roadmaps and technology assessments
  • Experience building complex, multi-turn, semantically driven, intent-based applications
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, conversation flows, and NLP training principles
  • A point-of-view of the AI technology stack from leading AI services providers
  • Experience optimizing NLU performance based on production data
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with customers
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements as well as solution development
  • An advanced degree in computer science, computational linguistics, or related field

The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $205,000 per annum.
